DeSite screeners grade topsoil, gravel and aggregate on the job — from compact 68s through to full-size 108s, plus no-power static grizzlies for oversize. Separate oversize from usable stone, soil and aggregate to make clean fill, road base and stockpile material that matches the spec you need.

How much can a soil screener produce?
Typical DeSite Proscreen rates for New Zealand operators: SLG-68V about 15–20 m³/hour, SLG-78 about 15–25 m³/hour, SLG-108 about 25–40 m³/hour — depending on mesh, moisture and feed. Use the calculator above with your bucket size and price per m³.
Is screening cheaper than buying graded topsoil?
If you already own dirt or gravel on site, screening often costs less than buying screened product in and trucking oversize away. Factor tip fees, haulage both ways, and the saleable fraction (the calculator defaults to about 50%).
